Question 3060 or 3070 for video editing?

Ive been reading but need a definate answer. What will be better for 4k-6k video editing? 3060 or 3070 in a laptop?

I see the 3060 has more GB than the 3070 but the 3070 numbers show higher performance but I am reading it isnt good for video editing.

Im lost now.
