40 cpu usage

Is it normal while watching video in youtube without any other tabs opened to have 40-50 cpu usage i have only my skype opened while talking with 2 friends nothing other like utorrent or diamond tools or even antiviruses programs. Only skype oh and i play 2 internet games realm of the mad god and ikariam in both i have 50-60 cpu usage again with skype is it from skype or from my cpu i5 3350p 3.1 with turbo boost up to 3.3

Check CPU usage in this case it is 1% with running google chrome 4 windows, normal services etc

This is Intel with hyperthreading enabled. Four Cores with Two Threads per Core so Total eight Threads

Its i7 fo sure i think haswell?

It is Intel i7 4770 (Haswell)

8% is not overload and is ok. Check your services/processes tabs and see which service or process is consuming most CPU cycles

No way dear. Why did you assume it? Btw which CPU you are using? I requested to check the Processes tab in Task Manager and see which process or processes are more using CPU

Wtf man am fucking sad i bough dem pc for gaming at my gpu was bad ok il change it to gtx 770 my ram is 8 1600 i hope atleast thats good i tough my cpu is gaming and now waht i have very high usage in this shitty game fuck man... thats my second mistake i bough a ''gaming'' laptop a year ago and this shit was with 3 ram 200 hdd and pentium cpu 610m gpu for 800$ now i bough the acer predator for 1000$ and still screwd lol man here is the pic https://imageshack.com/i/4jhjbcp
