40 inch plasma . Bottom third of screen is black

hi . I have a 42 inch samsung plasma. the bottom third of the screen shows no picture but the rest of the screen works great. any ideas please. I have pictures of needed.

Try a thorough cleaning. Take the back off and blow some air in there using canned air or a compressor. Let us know if tons of dust comes out and if that helps or not.

Thanks for the answer . I took the back off and it doesn't look all that dusty . Tried blowing it all off. cheers .Any other ideas.
