Well, I'm getting a new laptop, but having some trouble when coming to specs.
Can you help?

~$300-~$400

14" or preferably 15"

3. What screen resolution do you want?
N/A
4. Do you need a portable or desktop replacement laptop?
Portable

5. How much battery life do you need?
Not specially, but the best I can while meeting my needs.

6. Do you want to play games with your laptop? If so then please list the games that you want to with the settings that you want for these games. (Low,Medium or High)?
light ps2 and lower emulation.

Just general things plus above.

8. How much storage (Hard Drive capacity) do you need?
Same as 5,but prefer 320.

I heard bad things form hp,but I'm not to sure myself. No Mac. Some reason I'm kind of anti- Dell and Gateway. Want a reliable brand.

13. What country do you live in?
USA

14. Please tell us any additional information if needed.

Lenovo is usually stellar in durability, but I don't have recent experience with them, os I don't know if they're still as good as they used to be (I think so because I rarely ever see problems with Lenovo computers on the Tom's forums).

Whether or not Win 8 is worth it depends on one or two things:
1. Do you mind Metro.
2. If you don't like it, are you willing to take the few minutes to install the free program called Classic Shell.

If either of these is a yes for you, then go for Windows 8. Except for the controversial Metro, 8 is better than 7 in every way, albeit not by a whole lot (more than enough to spend $15 IMO).

8 is faster, uses less memory, has a better task manager, and several other advantages such as connecting to wireless networking devices much faster and more. 8 also more efficiently uses multi-core and multi-threaded processors and that can be a big thing, especially for AMD's Trinity APUs that would benefit the most from it of all mobile CPUs.

This would be the full version of what they are trying to sell right?
How much it usually cost?

Will I be able to make it a dual boot or is that unnecessary with classic download?

That would be Windows 8 Pro that you get in the deal.

It would probably cost upwards of $200 or $250 if not for this deal.

I'm not sure if the way that the upgrade will work would allow it, but maybe you can dual-boot. However, I don't think that would be too useful, let alone necessary.

Not really sure what the best answer is because I didn't have a higher budget and bought that Lenovo, haven't tested a lot of games on the emulator. So far, I have two out two games working.
