I'm about to buy an Ipaq 4150, and i'm wondering can i control my PC
with ipaq over BT (pc have BT dongle (100m)), like winamp, bs player
etc... ?
What's real range of that 100m BT dongle? Let's say trough 2-3 brick
walls?

Your mileage may vary but you'd probably have better luck and range from
WiFi than Bluetooth. It's possible to control a PC from a Pocket PC using
Bluetooth, but it's painfully slow - plus, many of us could never get
terminal server to work with bluetooth and had to get PocketVNC to make it
work.

Not trying to rain on your parade, just trying to give you another
perspective.

rgr that, i have wifi but i was wondering what's with BT, and in some
situations it would be more comfort to me.

If using PocketVNC or TS yes, but for programs like WinAmp and WMP, where
just commands are sent, not entire screen dumps, than it should be ok.
