Solved! 4k hdmi problem

I have a 4k lg tv and my computer hooked up to it the computer is fine but everytime i turn it on and it works days later i get hdmi no signal i just got this tv i need help i tried restarting the tv and unplugging and nothing seem to work

The order you boot the PC and select the input of the TV makes a difference in how the PC and TV "handshake". The TV only looks for an active input for so long and the PC doesn't always turn on the HDMI output fast enough,
In my experience the order can sometime change over time. Very weird.

HDMI 4K is having the same first generation HDMI switching cantankerous, all you can do is, try another cable, a good HDMI 2.0 cable if your PC is 4K capable, <6 ft one hopes.
