5.1 Speakers + Headset Setup need Help

Hi guys...im having a little problem here...i got logitech Z506 5.1 Speakers and Sennheiser Game One Headset (3.5mm jacks)...the problem is i already hook up the speakers to the motherboard audio ports and i'm confused how to hook up my headset (when needed such as night-time gaming) to get the best audio experience possible...any suggestion???

On the motherboard side : I already used the L-Out, CS-Out, RS-Out for the speakers
oh and i didnt use any soundcard or DAC or amps

My Specs are : Intel i7-4790K, MSi Z97-Gaming 7 Motherboard, 8GB RAM, R9 290

You can split the audio outputs with a couple of these

since your headphones use 2 plugs.
When you use the headphones you will have to power off the speakers and change your audio settings as the they are not 5.1
