Solved! 5.1 surround sound headphones/speakers for my m17x r3 laptop

I just ordered an alienware m17x r3 and I am interested in getting 5.1 external speakers and also some nice 5.1 headphones.

Do I have to get a sound card in order to run some 5.1 speakers/headphones?

Which products would you recommend for gaming?

lol no all those headphones do is emulate 5.1 or 7.1

get logitech g35 youll be happy with it or you can buy somthing rediculously overpriced like your laptop to make you feel happier.
