Fire Emblem yes!
Zelda would be pretty cool as well (if based on the 8/16 bit style)

5 other titles that would do well on mobile:
Pikmin
Pokemon- which should be an obvious choice due to originally starting on mobile.
Harvest Moon (although Natsume actually does it)
Mario Party- multiplayer mayhem with your friends and their phones
Fortune Street- mario based monopoly, should be an easy transition
