Hallo guys , i need a genuine 55 inch screen replacement for samsung NU7100 Smart Tv.

Not very likely you will find one, check eBay, check Samsung support, check your local TV repair shops if there are any. You can't really get screen replacements unless you work in the vendor warranty shop.
