Is buy a used laptop off ebay an acceptable solution? If so, you should be able to find something that will do the trick inside a month or so.

Honestly, I can't think of much that's new that's in your price range and has a chance at coping with multiplayer. You might be able to get away with something with an a10 5750m or 5757m but I'm not sure.

I'd suggest combing through the various manufacturer's factory refurbished sections to see what you can find. Sorry I'm not much help.
