Solved! 6 day old LG C8 won't turn on

My 6 day old LG OLED65C8PUA TV won't turn on. When I hit the power button on the remote, the red light flashes twice. I've read that this is a problem with earlier LG TVs, but I haven't seen anything with regards to the C8. I've unplugged it for 10 minutes and that didn't fix it, so I have it unplugged for the night to see if that helps, but I'm guessing that it won't. Anyone else having similar issues or a solution?

I chatted with LG's Virtual Agent, which was totally useless, before I got kicked over to a chat with an actual human. They had me unplug the TV, hold the power button for 20 seconds, and restart the TV, which did nothing, but then the agent promptly set up a service visit from a local TV tech. I'll update this thread after that visit. I'm not thrilled that my supposedly premium TV is having issues, but I'll give LG the benefit of the doubt for now.
