60k decent gaming laptop

I have been looking for a laptop with blend of decent gaming capable of running present games like gta v and watch dogs smoothly as well as other decent specs in 50-60k range and I finally ended up with dell inspiron 15 3543 with following specs as http://m.91mobiles.com/new/prod_specifications.php?id=70810&cat=24
The problem is that I couldn't find a lot of reviews about it. Can u tell me if this will be a good option or I should go for some other ones especially the lenovo's.

If you want to play those games smoothly, or at all really, you need a different laptop and will need to up your budget by about 30% at least. Look for a system with at least an nVidia 840m class video card.

Can this laptop run GTA v or any other such heavy games at low settings at least?? Or shall I go for any other...if yes then plzz suggest me those laptops

No, you need a laptop with a better video card to run demanding games.

Or just do a search from wherever you can buy from and sort by laptops with the 840m or 940m video card. Those would be the cheapest systems that can run modern games on low settings.
