768p vs 1080p laptop

- Good Build Quality
Or
Dell Inspiron 5570
- i7-8550u
-8GB DDR4
-Radeon 530 4GB GDDR5
- 1920*1080 TN screen *bad screen
- poor build quality
I use laptop mostly for programming and watching movies

That's a tough one. As you will be watching movies, I would definitely recommend a 1080p screen. However, I heard bad things about Inspiron notebooks (although I have never owned one). This ProBook is a cheap business notebook, so its build quality shouldn't be far superior than Inspiron's.
I would search a little more, maybe for a ProBook or Dell Latitude with a 1080p screen and without the discrete GPU, since you won't be using it for the most part. The price should be the same or slightly higher.

well these are the 2 options i have right now + i7 model for the probook
i like the dell one but i carry the laptop around a lot and that's why i'm confused between these cuz i don't want it to be damaged or broken easily
and i need the gpu because i sometimes design graphics , play some light games
and they say that the 1080p screen on dell isn't good
