940m 4 gb ram or 940m 8 gb ram ?

What is the better between :

- 940m 4 gb ram
- 940m 8 gb gbram ?

? The only memory configuration the 940M comes in is 2GB of DDR3. So I have the assume the choice between 4GB and 8GB would apply to system RAM, in which case 8GB is the much better option.
