Hello,

When I unplugged my Samsung laptop the other day, the laptop completely died (itsthe screen went completely black, all lights off, etc.). When I plugged the charger it immediately says that its battery full 99%. When I unplugged the charger, it just suddenly dies or shutdown in just a matter of minutes. By the way my laptop is Samsung NP450R4E-XO2PH. Hppe you can help me resolve this problem.

Thanks

Solution
This is a dead battery issue that is not taking the charge.

Depending on usage, a battery will die after a few years, and behave as you describe.

You have 2 options-

- Use the laptop plugged

- Get a new battery. There are 3rd party batteries that cost less than the ones from the manufacturer.
