A budget basic laptop

Budget under 20,000 INR. For a low-end laptop,what are the basic things I should check before I buy. My budget- 20,000 INR. I AM FROM INDIA. PLEASE FIND ME A LAPTOP FROM AN INDIAN WEBSITE.

If you need it form an indian website, then link indian vendors.

I am not from india nor is the majoridy of people on here, i have no idea what vendors there even is.

I can tell you to not get any AMD A... laptop and to get at least a pentium if not a core i3 laptop. If just wanting low end laptop then any other default specs would be sufficent as they should all have at least 4gb ram and 500gb hard drive.
