A free backup program with the following features

I was wondering and just wanted to know if you guys know of a free backup program with the following features:

select which folders and file types to backup
allows backing up to a network storage drive
easy restore process
easy to schedule backups
add to files already backed up on a previous backup
backs up while computer is idle
