A good cooling fan

Guys I want a good cooling fan that doesn't make noise and keeps my rig from over heating so I think cooler master is the best but I don't know which model so what do you think ?

Go for Cooler Master L1 ... I bought it in Rs.890 and it is good enought to beat Cooling Pads upto 1800 ... if ur budget is even higher, u can go for some cooling pad with Detachable fans....
Remember while choosing a Cooling Pad, make sure that your laptop heats from the are where the fan of Cooling Pad is located !!
All the choice is urs...Go for Coolermaster only !!!

for quiet and High CFM the bitfenix spectre pro's are unbeatable
not sure if you're meaning case fan for rig or laptop cooler

I forgot to write that it is for my pc not laptop sorry 😀 so about that , what do u think ?
