A problem occurred during hardware installation

i m using PTCL wireless 4 internet n i installed the driver given by company,thare is no problem with the cd n software is installed properly,but when i try to connect it does not,can u tell me y its happening???m using toshiba laptop

Have you tried connecting at a different hotspot? At a different place where there's WiFi available?
