A S G and U keys do not work on Facebook- fine everywhere else

My mother's brand new laptop (HP and Windows 10) cannot type A S G and U (cap or lower case) on Facebook. Those keys work fine everywhere except Facebook. Searching for answers only to find many other people asking the same question (same letters for them as well A S G and U), with no solution. Temporarily, clearing the browser cache helps, but it comes back soon after.
Any insight or solution appreciated.

Saw a reference somewhere to this and it involved the F11 key (zoom in/out).

Do that, log out, restart, and try Facebook again - something along those lines.

Google the problem a bit more and you may find the answer. Just put "F11" in your search criteria.

However, I would put more faith in this link in this site:

I.e., clear the browser cache again. Restart.....
