There's no way they're selling something like this for this cheap, is there? I mean just the graphics card is over half of the price they're charging. If anyone knows if this is a scam, please let me know.

Yes, a common Amazon scam. Absolutely avoid. This shows up here every few weeks. These sellers often ask to be paid in Amazon gift cards and then never deliver a product. Generally, any seller like this that requests you contact them prior to ordering is a scam.
