A small Horizontal line on my laptop screen

I've using my lenovo laptop for almost a year but lately i've noticed a small line on my screen , I connected it with my tv via HDMI and the line wasn't there , I did a printscreen and the wasn't there.
I tried to upload my graphic cards and nothing has changed .
Here is the problem :

Not sure what that line is, but it looks rather small. Perhaps they are stuck pixels.

As an aside, your hard drive is kind of full across all the partitions. This must be slowing the whole laptop down.

Actually i never encountered a problem coming to the performance of the laptop because i always thought that my processor can handle this ( i7 4700 mq ) , I can surely make some space on my Hard Drive.
But to be quite honest that line is getting on my nervous. Thanks though for the advice .

It's obviously your screen.
Live with it, or replace the screen

You can try this software for stuck pixels, but it generally does not work. It cycles through colors to get a stuck pixel unstuck.
