A4 Landspace Image to PDF

Good afternoon!

I have a number of .jpg of A4 lanscape (two pages side by side)
Is it possible to convert them into a pdf, "splitting" the image in two exact parts making two pages?

are they picture or texts?
if texts you could try OCR them.
for picture, i known no software can do that.
