About AC adapter and battery

I have a question. XPS 13 (2016 model)
Is it OK that can I continuously plugging the charger even the battery having 100% charged.
Is this harmful for battery? I cannot remove it because it say "Battery is built-in to the laptop and is not replaceable by the customer." I am have been plugging the AC since September. Please suggest me.

I suggest, if not in use, and it's already fully charged or nearly fully charged, and you are done for the day, UNPLUG IT.
