The pin size seems right (although yours may need 240 instead of 204), and your motherboard should support 1600mhz ram. The problem here is the cas latency is 11, cas latency deals with response time, so it will respond much slower than other RAM. You'd be better off going with something different, go to crucial and get the PC3 number*, this has to match for the RAM to work. Also, try finding something with a cas latency at or under 9, the lower the better. (keep within 1333mhz-1600mhz)
* When you download and run the scanner the results will appear in your browser, on the right side under "Memory:" will be a list of compatible PC3 numbers and speeds, for example my laptop can run: DDR3 PC3-10600, DDR3 PC3-12800, DDR3 PC3-14900.
