I don't really understand what any of these things are extcept that its aparently makes it faster? Help please

Core Unlocker is for the dual or tri-core AMD CPUs that can be unlocked into quads but that's not guaranteed, not all the CPUs can be unlocked.

GPU Boost - I thought that was for the Intel IGP (CPU integrated video), I have no idea what it's doing on an AMD mobo.

TurboV EVO - for overclocking the CPU.
