I'm having difficulties on accessing a third party remote desktop like application, what should I do in order to solve the problem?

my vendor called it tsplus, I dunno why they give me this instead of the usual RDC. but it may be because of their company policy, they want to keep their data safe my best bet...

well, I can't since I'm not the one who bought it. and the vendor is bit dilly-dally in tackling the problem, said that they bought the software not without its care-package...
duh......

ok, so here things I had tried so far, which I gather from around the web, those are:
- including the program in DEP, since I used windows 10.
- made an exception on firewall on the outbound and inbound connection
- tried to do some registry scanning nothing error
- did run the deep memory scanning or cleanning, but no result came up.
...

so, any suggestion on this? thanks
