Acer 4736G Battery Problem

I have an Acer 4736G laptop. I brought it 2 years ago.
But, after 2 years since I brought this laptop, I have an battery problem.

Each time I want to turn on my laptop, I need to use my power supplies (charger)
If I'm not using my charger to turn on my laptop, it will always shut itself when it's trying to boot Windows 7

But, after I've turn on my laptop (with charger of course), the battery is 100% and it still charging.

When I take off the charger, my laptop shut itself in 5 second.

Is there any help for me? 🙁

The battery is dead (it doesn't hold charge)
You need to replace the battery.
