Acer aspir F2 dosn't working

Hello everyone,
Two weeks ago i bought new laptop and it's Acer aspire ES17 but now i hv problem, the laptop had WINDOWS 10 but it was so much slow on my Laptop and later i tried to make downgrade to WINDOWS 7, during formating my laptopt turned off and froze on Acer logo, i pressed on button F2 but dosn't work and later on Alt+10 and dosn't work also, i did everything but without good result.
Please help and i will be grateful.

Since you were formatting the drive, the Windows 10 recovery partition will no longer work since it was either wiped or the files it needs to run were already wiped. Contact Acer for support to get a set of restore disks or try again to run the Windows 7 setup.
