acer aspire 1315

my acer aspire laptop does not turn on the fan is not running and the screen is blank. i got a new battery as well as a new power supply cord and still nothing.can anyone help me

It sounds like a dead motherboard, though I couldn't prove it without seeing the laptop first. If there's a repair shop nearby they can diagnose it. The Google results come up with a pretty old laptop for that model number though. This could be time to upgrade to a newer laptop. Any data on the hard drive can still be recovered if it's really important.
