Acer Aspire 1410 touchpad & keyboard not working

After upgrading to win10, the laptop just boots into Windows but without a mouse cursor & the keyboard also doesn't work.
Tried connecting a USB keyboard, USB mouse but no luck.
Kindly help

whats ur original os?have u try rolling back to windows 7(if that was the original os it comes with)
