I would not waste any money on that laptop. While an SSD can make it feel more responsive to a certain degree, it does only supports 2GB of RAM. That might have been okay back in 2011, but now 4GB is considered bare minimum. The Celeron M is a single core weak CPU which cannot be upgraded.

Best advice is to save up money for a "newer" laptop. Perhaps something like a used ThinkPad T530 from 2012 for $200 is an option.
