Acer Aspire 5750-6677 Laptop

While using my laptop today it went off suddenly and would not start back up. When I press the power button it and the light bulb flash blue 4 times and nothing happens.

Not sure if it needs a new battery or just died. Can someone shed some light on this for me?

Try plugging the laptop into the AC adapter without the battery in, and see if it runs then. If it does, then it is a faulty battery.

I removed the battery and now the light will not even blink even with power plugged in. Any ideas?
