MY LADYS LAPTOP WAS GETTING ALL KINDS OF POP-UPS, so She had Her pics taken off and wanted it taken back to factory default, Well I'm in to it for the second time1 hour now but it ran like this for 3 days and nights, so She said might as well shut it off, it is HERs so I did. I tried to restart it, but it wants the disk that She can't find... ON THE ACER eRcovery Management [V8.0.8 ]

it was clearly infected so if you can access the safe mode try to move the important files, if you have nothing important then you can safely reinstall it it will take alot less time and effort
