Acer aspire 7551 BOOTMGR

I tried the eRestore sofware and after an hour it reads BOOTMGR is missing
Question; how do I get to a command prompt to rebuild the boot rec
when all I can do is reboot to the "BOOTMGR is missing?"
I can't get to a safe mode or command prompt

Try running eRecovery again.

Thanks Phil, I had to go into BIOS and enable the ALT + F12 eRecovery option
then it worked. Somehow I switched it off, trying everything...
Also bought an Acer reinstall CD for the OS win7x64 and ran it.
This is a great place to get information.
