I just got this refurbished Acer Aspire Cloudbook 14 from VIP Outlet, which is approved by Walmart. I turn it on, I can get through 2 settings of setting it up, and then it hits a black screen. I look up online how to fix that. I pressed ALT + F10 and got myself to a login screen.
I wasn't able to set it up to get into a login screen. It won't let me sign into my microsoft account, says my password is wrong when I just changed it. I don't have a local or domain account password, so I can't use that.
All I want to do is log in and set up my new laptop so I can do my summer homework. What do I do to fix this issue?
