Acer Aspire E 15 won't turn on or charge

My laptop won't turn on or charge. I don't know if it's the charger or what. The last time I remember using it was last night. But I fell asleep. Please help me

Try the following and see if it will charge and start up after.

1. Disconnect the power cord.
2. Remove the battery.
3. Hold the power button for 30 seconds.
4. Now plug the power cord back in.
5. If it starts up, put the battery back in.

If this doesn't work, you may need to test the charger cord, to make sure it is working correctly, as well as check the battery to see if it needs replacing.

Folks, when you have an issue, and if the info in a thread isn't working for you, please try starting your own thread and ask your question. Can I get a clue how to turn on my laptop..its because the system inside can turn on but the screen does'nt want to turn on
