Acer Aspire E1-570 harddrive starts but nothing on screen!!

My Acer went flat on friday 12th June and i plugged in the charger and left it off, i have just tried to turn it back on and the screen is not working. I have tried removing the battery for 5 mins and then plugging in the charger with it for 20+mins, ive also removed battery when still turned on, turned on when screen has been tilted to 45° angle and yet nothing is working i need some help urgently please !

Remove the battery and the charger
Hold down the power button for 15 secs
Put the charger and battery back in
Check if it can power on again
