I had a problem with my laptop keyboard and screen the keyboard sorted out but when I tried to change the LCD old to new and new to old the computer only shows too led lights for power nothing else and I tried changing ram,HDD, even the battery nothing changes
please help

Honestly this isnt' even worth the money your wasting on it, Acer is not even supporting these and the performance is terrible when you compare for only $249 at Walmart you can grab a i3 Laptop during the Back to School sales in a couple weeks. If your hard pressed they have a Dual Core for only $248 http/www.walmart.com/ip/Dell-Black-15.6-Inspiron-15-3531-Laptop-PC-with-Intel-Celeron-Dual-Core-N2830-Processor-4GB-Memory-500GB-Hard-Drive-and-Windows-8.1-DVD-CD-DRIVE/37065080 . Considering the costs for any of the obsolete parts for your Acer (second hand used from Ebay with no guarantee before they also fail) to even TRY and fix this end of life Acer, isn't really cost effective when you see the prices so low (yes PCs are disposable every couple years now like Cell Phones).
