Will the Acer aspire One D270 be able to handle sims 4?

5 year old Atom processor? No.

I would not bother using it to play any games. The laptop has an Atom N2600 CPU with the Intel HD GMA 3600 graphics core. It is an extremely weak graphics core, it can barely run the Half Life 2 - Lost Coast benchmark from 2005 which is not a demanding benchmark at all.
