Acer Aspire One no VGA

Hey, i have an acer aspire one with a broken screen, and until now i used it with a monitor connected via VGA, but now, that no longer works, and the broken screen won't light up anymore. Is the video card dead?

When you turn it on do you hear fans and any noise?

When you turn it on do you hear fans and any noise?

For a few seconds i hear the fan and the hdd led lights up, but after, hdd led blinks twice and closes and fans stop. The laptop never shuts down, it just doesn't do anything
