Acer Aspire S7-191-6640 - need new battery!!!

Hi! I have Acer Aspire S7-191-6640 (bought it in 2013). I really love this computer, but it can't hold the power for more than 20 minutes without being connected to a power outlet. I know this laptop is supposed to have an external battery. Can I buy one now or should I buy an internal battery and change it? I found an internal batttery on Amazon. Please help!! Thanks a lot!

I'd suggest that you invest in a genuine part and with that being said, invest in an internal battery first of all.

Hi-I had the same issue with mine.The solution is simple...the battery is slipping out due to a loose screw located on the base of the laptop. In otherwords, flip your laptop, look at the bottom and you'll need a T7 to tighten the screw and you've fixed your issue.
