Cannot input password on acer aspire no keys working

Hi,

Here are few things you can do that may help.
- Start by doing a hard reset, remove the battery and AC adapter then press and hold the power button for 20 seconds then test it again.
- If it doesn't work do try click on Ease Access and use the Onscreen keyboard,
- Next is to try and load Safe Mode, while the laptop is booting up repeatedly press on F8 until it loads Advanced Boot Options and select Safe Mode then press Enter.
- If all these will not work do contact Acer for more support.
