acer aspire v11 touch wont shut down

Hi, my acer aspire V11 touch wont shut down properly, it says its shutting down but wont, i have to use the power button to shut it down, can anyone help me please?

Hi,

Start by checking if the shutdown button is really set to shut it down completely.
- Right click on the battery icon and select Power Options.
- On the left pane click on "Choose what the power buttons do"
- Under "When I press the power button" select Shut Down.
- Also do disable the Fastboot option.
- Click Save Changes and see if that resolves the issue.
