Hello Internet :) I bought a laptop for 600JD (jordanian money) which is about 800$ I think. I don't know if its normal that the gaming is extremely slow. I can only play games on the lowest quality and they still lag and crash. The guy told me that the Acer Aspire v3 53214G1TMakk was the best one for gaming. I asked him if the graphics card was good: he said it has Core i5, so it doesn't need a graphics card. I took his word for it. He seriously convinced me it was the best laptop at the store. I found out afterwards that like I said before that the laptop is very slow, I even showed how slow it was to them. And the guy who sold me the computer was an acer promoter that would do anything to make me buy an acer. I know the choice to buy it was my fault... (please post a answer of what I can maybe do to convince him to refund, exchange or store credit my laptop. This is truly a waste and unfair)

-Thank you :)

That's why you read reviews before buying.

You may be able to get the store to give you a refund, but they'll almost certainly charge you a "restocking fee" if they do it at all.

You may also be able to report him to a consumer watchdog for false advertising, if it was written anywhere. Depends on local laws.

I have the Intel one. Apparently it's not great. Yeah, spoke to the manager. He says he is getting a guy from Acer: he might be able to repack my computer and upgrade it to the one with GeForce. The guy who was false advertising got in trouble.

An Intel GPU isn't meant for gaming. It's meant for normal usage like Office, some videos and internetting.

If you wish to play games, I hope they will get you the one with the Geforce card. That should at least allow you to play games on medium settings.

Thanks for the help :). I hope they can give me the GeForce Acer Aspire v3 too.
