acer aspire v5-473p keeps shutting down

it turns off as son as i unplug the charger from it... i dont understand what the problem is.. any help?

no its only a year old, i got it last August, i dont understand what the problem could be i rebooted the system and everything...

Works on wall socket + fails when unplugged = dead battery, or battery not connected properly. If it's a removable battery, take it out and put it back in.

no its an internal battery, i'm just going to send it back to acer...hope they can fix the problem
