Acer aspire V5 no operating system, cant access bios, asking for password i never set.

I have an acer aspire V5-571p that had corrupted system files. After formatting the drives in diskpart and exiting cmd to change the boot order so I can reboot windows from usb or disk it is asking me for a password to enter bios that I never put there. the only information it gives me is unlock key hint : 5B687D30 and the number changes everytime.

so now I have no operating system and no way to access the bios that I know of.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Also is there a way I can use my other laptop to install windows 7 from a disk onto another external drive using a sata cable? if so I can do that and swap out the hard drives as I've got one sitting here.
