Is it possible to upgrade the graphics card of my Acer Aspire V5-431 intel celeron 887 with intel hd graphics

You can't upgrade the Intel HD graphics chip as it's integrated in to the processor.

You can only upgrade the discrete graphics card (Nvidia or AMD) if your laptop has one.

Device Manager will tell you if your laptop has dual graphics (ie a discrete card).
Under "Display Adapters" it will have two display adapters listed if it has dual graphics.

If it lists only one (Intel HD xxxx) then you can't upgrade it.
