Hi,
The problem may lie in the GPU itself not the LCD of the laptop. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try.
- First is to press the Windows key + P at the same time and select Computer Only then press Enter.
- If it will still not work, do check the ribbon cable that connects the LCD to the motherboard.
- Unplug both ends of the ribbon cable then plug it back in just to make sure it's seated properly.
- If it will still not work I would suggest contacting ACER for a repair if it's still under the factory warranty.
